9 Best Sites To Watch KDrama 2022
After the hype of BTS & Kdrama Squid Games, we all are bewildered about where can I watch Kdrama for free? Don't worry! I got your back.
I have been watching KDrama and other Asian dramas for a long time. After a long search, I have come up with the 9 Best Sites To Watch KDramas with English Subtitles.
I have mentioned a few sites where I usually watch KDrama and other Asian dramas, but some of these sites are paid (just letting you know), but most are free.
What is Kdrama?
List of 9 Best Kdrama Sites To Watch Kdrama in 2022:
1. Dramacool (FREE):
I discovered dramacool when I was trying to find a site where I can watch the latest kdrama and other Asian drama for free along with subtitles. Now it's my go-to site for all kdramas. Some plus points are that the site offers all the latest and the oldest Korean dramas and other Asian dramas. And not only dramas but also Kmovies, Kshow, Kpop, Asian movies, and reality shows. And it is FREE. Even the site offers you to download the Korean drama in high quality. The only con is that because it's free it has a lot of advertisements and popups, which can be irritating sometimes.
2. KissAsian TV (FREE):
KissAsian TV was my earlier preference. I do still watch Korean dramas on it. It is the same as dramacool. In this also the viewers can watch and download the latest Korean dramas. The con still remains the same, a lot of advertisements and unwanted popups.
3. YouTube (FREE):
Besides Dramacool and Netflix, my last resort is YouTube. There are a lot of youtube channels that provide Korean dramas and other Asian dramas with English Subs. Here are some, KBS World Tv, SBS, GMMTV (Thai), etc.
4. Dramanice (FREE):
Similar to Dramacool and KissAsian TV.
5. soap2day (FREE):
Soap2day is a new site that I discovered lately. It is a one-stop to all the tv shows around the world. It is similar to that of dramacool but the variety of Korean drama is less. There are not many Korean dramas included on the sites, but you can find some of the latest notable Korean dramas.
6. Netflix (PAID):
I know everybody is aware of Netflix. The famous saying of Nextflix and Chill is known to many. Netflix is a paid site and app where you can watch different American, Asian, Dramas, movies, and Reality shows from around the globe. The pro point is that one can watch Korean dramas of high quality. But the cons are that the site is paid, so those who have Netflix subscriptions can watch these Korean dramas and there are only selected Korean dramas showcased on Netflix. Squid Games, a Favored Korean drama that changed that introduced the world of Korean drama to the planet was associated with Netflix.
7. Viki (FREE + PAID):
Viki is a paid and free website and app where one can watch Korean and Asian dramas. I occasionally watch Korean dramas on Viki because the videos are played on high quality. It even has an app where becomes more convenient to watch Korean dramas. But there are some cons of this site, firstly one can watch Korean dramas for free but for some Kdramas you can watch only certain episodes for free, to watch the rest of the episodes you need to purchase their premium pack. It even has some of its dramas on its youtube channel. There are at least 3 advertisements at the start and some in between the episodes, which can be irritating for those who are very engrossed in dramas. But it doesn't feature all the Korean dramas.
8. Iqiyi (FREE + PAID):
Iqiyi is similar to Viki. Iqiyi is a Chinese entertainment app that mostly features Chinese dramas but also Korean dramas. The cons and pros are similar to Viki. It has its own app and youtube channel.
9. Amazon Prime (PAID):
Amazon Prime has lately introduced Kdramas in its site and app. But there are very few Korean dramas on Amazon Prime. One of the most recognized Kdramas True Beauty can be found here.
These are just some of the websites that I know that have KDramas with subtitles.
